Grade 9 , Form 2, Form 3 and Form4.

• ➧ Reporting time 7:30 a.m to 4:00p.m.
• ➧ Optional extension upto 6:00p.m.
• ➧ Study days Monday to Friday.
• ➧ Every student is required to a mandatory online booking.
• ➧ Any Necessary payments must be made on or before any admission.
• ➧ Every learner is required to surrender their report cards from their schools on or before admissions to their subject teacher for scrutiny and analysis.
• ➧ Every learner is required to have their files with them on admission.
• ➧ Every learner is required to be in class on or before 7:30 a.m.
• ➧ All learners and staff are required to attend a mandatory morning devotion before commencement of lessons at 8:00a.m.
• ➧ All learners and staff are required to dress decently at all time within the facility.
• ➧ Learners are discouraged from wearing bathroom wears, including slippers and crocks.
• ➧ Sweat pants and shorts are highly discouraged unless during official sports' day.
• ➧ Indoor games such as chess, darts will strictly be played during breaks and during official sports day.
• ➧ All given assignments must be attempted and handed over to the subject teacher from 3.00p.m.
• ➧ Every learner is to attend a mandatory consultations with their subject teacher Every day.
• ➧ Any lateness or absenteeism should be communicated by the parent through the office.
• ➧ Respect and discipline among the learners and staff remain paramount at all times.
• ➧ No electronic gadget I.e phones or smart watches will be allowed within the facility.
• ➧ Missing devotion and lateness without permission from the parent through the office will be assumed to be total defiant and will be dealt with swiftly.
• ➧ Every learner is to report with at least 5 A4 size , 200 pages book unless for a continuing student who must confirm to have the previous books with them.
• ➧ Every student is required to submit a their school assignments to their subject teachers.
• ➧ No learner school be allowed to leave the facility without prior permission until 4.00p.m as that will warrant expulsion.
• ➧ All learners are required to remain orderly and follow directions from their teachers or team leaders.
• ➧ Every learner is required to respect their friends' properties or items and if found misplaced should be surrendered to the office.
• ➧ Any permission should strictly be seeked by the parent or guardian through the office.
• ➧ All learners are required to attempt any random assessment test as organised by their subject teacher without failure.
• ➧ All learners are required to work with their selected groups to enhance their revision.
